Shit happens

Its been a busy 2 weeks. My grand uncle passed away and my grand ma just went into hospital, and i think she’s okay now thankfully.

This week’s my sister’s birthday too and i don’t know how she’s feeling with her birthday coming up and all this shit happening around my family.

 Okay back to real blogging.

Oh congratulate me will ya, i’m the Marketing and Events head of the bsgig. No more treasurer for me, luckily. or i’ll just embezzelle(spell?) money just like in secondary 3 and 4. Annual general meeting was pretty cool, it was funny and everything BUT my shoes were killing me, they were too effing small. oh yeah and i’m happy to say that everyone looked good in their formal wear. I CAUGHT TRANSFORMERS AFTER THAT WITH twig, V and judi. AWESOME MOVIE. I want my very own transformer, i’m serious. Perharps when i grow old and become rich, i’ll pump some money into R&D for it.

I love vivo cause of that great hangout that Jen introduced to me. Yes their drinks suck, but they have SNAPPLE MANGO.WHOO. I hate carls jr because its ex and it makes you want to skip your dinner if you had it for lunch. SO EFFING BIG.  

Last week headed to town with Michelle and Jenna after lessons! FINALLY FINALLY got my grey cardigan from topman. Funny thing was, Jen got the same one! except the size only. I saw my mom’s car parked at mandarin and wanted to wait for her to fetch me back but she was going home late and i went back after getting the cardigan, leaving mich at the mrt station earlier and Jen to meet her friends.

Saturday was GREAT! Was a little off during squash in the morning, and Melvin suddenly turned damn pro, the fag. Ate CHICKEN RICE for the 3rd week running! I think its great going there every week and eating and chatting away. FUN FUN FUN FUN. and the food’s cheap too. RIGHT HAZEL, JING WEN, TWIG? mel’s a fag : ) Off home to shower and then to PS for drum lessons. Was waiting for michelle, tricia and jasmine to come to raffles city and went to check out drumsticks. AH i saw a pair of black/plain drumsticks which are effing light and are about 20 bucks. I’ll get that when i become a better drummer(hopefully). I arrived at raffles city AFTER mich and tricia. Cause i didn’t know they were like a stop away alr and took my time. Jasmine then came soon after and we started shopping, not before being tempted to quene for donut factory. FCUK was our main and 1st stop,saw a top which i got eventually. River Island, G200o, and wdvr, were a few of the shops we visited but the girls didn’t get anything! I was like wtf, so weird, i got something and they didn’t. We attempted to quene for donut factory but after 20 mins we gave up and sat down and ate some food. Cabbed to Meridian after that, oh good times. headed to FOS, but i couldn’t find any cool ambercrom tops for guys.  Most of the nice tops were ladies’, so unfair. At least the girls got something there (: Mich got herself a Zara blazer at only 35 bucks?! yes be shocked. she got a ambercrom brown polo which I had to convince her that it looked good. Tricia got a big BCGC jacket that i could wear and a pair of shorts i think. Jasmine got herself a skirt and a top. Yep i think i remembered everything correctly. PS(again -.-) was our next location. WATSONS AND CARREFOUR were our hangouts next. The girls looked at make up while i looked around. AND THEN THE SEARCH FOR A DRINK AT CARREFOUR BEGINS. this is so retarded. We were downstairs and jasmine found the drinks not chilled, so we decided to take the escalator inside C4, yknow and i played with the chips along the escalator : D The drinks upstairs were almost the same but the counters were crowded sooo we went down AGAIN to pay for the drink, LOL. Home was next.

There was a small incident in school ytd. Its nothing big, but i guess it was an accident more than anything. I just hope we can start afresh (:

Barbercue was a blast. THANKS MICHELLE FOR WAKING UP SO EARLY AND BUYING FOOD AND CABBING DOWN, i felt so bad when i really saw the distance between her house and sheng shiong supermarket. Slacked over at my place while waiting for the rest to reach heartland. Eventually had lunch at heartland together with Jasmine and met up with Jenna later as well. Did some shopping for food here and there. But the real fun began in the preparing of everything. I’m a noob in the kitchen so i screwed up here and thr. The rest seemed pretty comfortable despite funny errors. LOL. BUT it was damn fun la. Jon was a terror that day though. OMG LA. lol twig burst his balloon. OH YEAH we had too much food sadly. BUT OH WELL it was pretty fun la.

CSA PROJECT IS DONE AND HANDED UP. SCREW IT.

Tmr’s presentation and i’m gonna wear smart casual i guess. just a shirt and pants will do.

& msn games are the coolest. mich would know, lol.

Just returned from a full day of vivo-ing after sch. Cabbed to vivo with Jen, Gerline and her bf! Was supposed to have SUPERDOG for lunch, we were alr there! but then they decided to have carls jr. ZZ. Stupid burger was so big that i struggled to finish the burger even though i was really hungry. could hardly touch the fries. AND IT COST ME 12 BUCKS. basket. Went to Pacific Coffee next! i like the outside, really. the swing chairs and all. nice place to hang around. However, it was pretty difficult to study cause i totally felt like dozing off. And according to the rest of them, the drinks sucked.Jenna and I left the couple alone and went to shop for a little while. EFF TOPMAN. they had the black cardigan but it was too effing big. River Island had my size and it was white but it was one hundred and fucking five bucks. 105. for a cardigan. Almost got psycho-ed by Jen to get it but i’ve alr spent alot this month. I’ll see if i can find a cheaper alternative. Gerline and her bf left abt 7-ish while me and Jen were deciding whr to go. Gardens! lol, she finally got to see her happy daze cafe. we decided on ice cube in the end and had dessert only due to how full we felt from the earlier carls jr meal. too bad C***** didn’t come huh, Jen. LOL. talked about stuffs here and thr, lol super funny. then cabbed back!

IN MEMORY OF THADDEUS CHEONG.

He was my secondary 1 classmate and it was a shock to hear about his death.

I just pray that he will be in peace in heaven and that his family would be comforted by God’s grace.

THE SINGING !

SO K SESSION WAS RATHER FUN, WASN’T IT? The girls sang loads of songs that i’ve never heard before in my life, but i managed to enjoy myself listening, singing and just going with the flow and it was yes 6 hours. Imagine how cold it was, and i managed to survive without a jacket! Yeah i’m an artic monkey. AND EVERYONE’S SINGING WASN’T BAD. I reckon i was rather okay.GIVE ME YOUR COMMENTS THOSE WHO WERE THERE. oh wells, T2 will survive. right twig?

Michelle, Alaine and I cabbed back after walking around PP for a little to skip the peak hour charge, HAHA, we’re such intelligent cheapskates. The rest went to take bus, i hate getting a bus back from pp. the journey’s long and the bus is always crowded.

i could finally wake up late the next day! Caught Zodiac with Twig, Mel and Jingwen. Movie was………………. good beginning, draggy storyline from then on and FUCKED UP ENDING. The murders dragged on for 20 plus years and they couldn’t find the shitbag. and when they did, they didn’t have evidence. AND when they finally had the effing evidence, the fag died from a heart attack. Isn’t the movie totally awesome and the best. -.-

Rushed off to Ronald’s bbq in a cab after that.  Yes from town to bayshore cab fare+ peak hour charge+ the effing jam everywhere esp at bras basah and Ecp. i was so screwed. 17 effing dollars the cab fare was. I was so pissed. ohwell,  Ronald’s bbq was quite okay. Food wasn’t that bad( hey i paid 5 dollars) and the people thr that i didn’t know were rather friendly so YAY. My phone got prawn-juiced la. cause they wanted the light and they put it in the middle whr everyone was peeling the prawns. ronald’s dog is cool.  srsly. i want a dog in my hm. I took some dry vodka next and mixed with Mich’s grape drink and lastly coke! Wasn’t bad, but the girls complained it was too strong. i started doing crazy talk! and they thought i was drunk, but sadly i wasn’t. ALL OF US CABBED BACK at 10 plus. I cabbed to jas’s place and decided to take a bus since it was early.

Met up with cc on sat with twig. yeah we haven’t seen cc in weeks so we went to look for things together. He was finding a present for his mom while i was looking for my pair of puma shoes. I GOT THEM. COOL. cc got his mom a bracelet too. pooled at bugis after that. Don was damn funny! Cc seemed to be in good form, lost to him twice, omgwtf la.

Yesterday was study at the airport day!

We went after the accounting lecture, and almost took the wrong bus eh? BUT WE REACHED! I was kinda annoyned about something, i’m sure most of them will know what it is. Had beef horfun whch wasn’t half bad! After that we walked around in circles before settling now at macs to do serious studying. Most of them left though, after a short while, leaving me, Jenna, Michelle and Tricia. And with the exception of Jenna, we did our accounts tutorial. HAHA i know Jen was copying other notes or something. at about 6 plus, Tricia left us! LOL, she went back for dinner while us(yes, me, Jenna and Michelle again!) went for FISHHEAD CURRY at BEDOK. GOOD IT WAS. haha THANKS MICH! Next stop bukit timah! Jen’s turn to introduce us some food. =) AND YES WE’RE THE MAHKHANKHAKIS!  Well, cause when we go for dinner, its always the 3 of us. LOL. MAYBE CAUSE WE’RE ALL COOL.  haha, cabbed back and dropped off mich first while jen took her own 20++ cab, HAHA. COOL.

Today was pretty draggy. Lessons seemed a bore. (When are lessons interesting? : D)  HIGHLIGHT WAS CRASHING THE POM LECT. As again, the 3 of us (yes, its calvin, jen and mich) Oh have to thank Mich’s friend Xinyi for helping us ‘book’ the seats. Reuben sat behind me, lol. And he was passing me some retarded notes luh. Something about winnie? LOL. DAMN FUN THOUGH. So now Jenna got to know who winnie is and they’re playing badminton soon! lol, simply hilarous. I might just crash again anytime soon, cause it just makes it so much more interesting. WE HAD A PICNIC INSIDE LA. LAYS and NACHOS AND COKE LIGHT AND APPLE JUICE AND CHOC! Could tell that some people were laughing at us, HAHA. but i more or less managed to copy the notes down.

Off to sim lim square next. I’m gonna get my laptop soon i guess. Acer probably. But i’ll want to gmask the thing or smth. And then get a laptop cover as well. A timbuk2 one would prove too expensive while a crumpler one too common AND expensive. I like Mich’s one though, surprisingly. pretty unique. Maybe i’ll get something nice at the IT fair in june as well.

WHICH TELLS ME. i don’t know if i should get the IT fair ones, or just get one from school now. hmmm. HELP PEOPLE.

My birthday’s coming up and i haven’t had anything planned, though i know i want a barbercue at my place and i’ll invite as many people as i possibly like : D

so yes. We wentto haji lane after the ccn day thingy.

COOL! Interesting though i felt a bit overdressed. Bought myself a t-shirt. Most of the shops were pretty interesting, one even had a pool table, and we could play for free! Stopped by at this cafe/shop called pluck! or something like that. NICE BROWNIE. NICE CHOCOLATE MARSHMELLOW ICE CREAM AND ALSO NICE LYCHEE “MARTINI” ICE CREAM.

Town was next and we sorta walked half of paragon! I was admiring some crumpler bags. LOL hint. Jen and Mich were suppose to do something to their eyebrows at some place but it was sadly too crowded. GARDENS NEXT. CHOMP CHOMP! lol, the hokkien mee wasn’t that bad but the stingray was only soso. must’ve ordered from the wrong stall. Met my namesake/Jen’s friend as he passed smth to her. YAYA HE’S HANDSOME LA.

and after that we all went back

OK, I’m trying to catch up on all my lessons, i seem to be lagging behind a little.

Soccer trials were stupid, seriously. ANYHOW put into team, ANYHOW make my team keeper-less and ANYHOW i have to play keeper, fuck la. Lazy to go for saturday’s actual trials alr. confirm cannot get in. I might as well just go squash! More fun,and since everyone’s a noob like me.  so SQUASH SQUASH SQUASH. My plan now is to continue the land training with the canoe polo people and hopefully improve myself in squash until i can get into the school team. If i can’t get into squash, i guess i’ll continue canoe polo then,zzz.

Jenna was emo today during tutorial, I almost lost my wallet but thanks to Tricia and Michelle, they picked it up for me. so once again, thank you FUNNY TODAY DURING TUTORIAL.

Exams are coming. I have to start mugging soon. RIGHT JEN?

School’s been rather tiring. Lectures and tutorials seem to last forever, and i can hardly start on my tutorials.

I watched spiderman 3 the other day with jenna and michelle. A disappointment really. I wish there was a twist at the end instead of leaving it at that. So boring la, like that end. Peter parker became emo! and he danced! that was the funniest part, it was omgwtf funny.

Went for badminton trials as well, lol, and of course i cmi. but jen got in!

I was late for my first drum lesson, can you believe it? It was fine la, learnt how to read the notes and some footwork. Its not easy to coordinate everything but i’ll get used to it.

just returned from canoe polo. F-ing land training. I’m gonna sign up for squash as well! beginner’s course btw. Its on Saturday morning so it won’t affect anything much.

I found this somewhere on my com. It looked pretty interesting, so i posted it up.

School so far’s been fine, but the lectures and tutorials and bla bla seem to be able to be the solution to those who can’t sleep. Whats the word, i’m damn blur now.

Today i tried a new way to school. The walk to the playground of poh huat road took FOREVER. I went a big round and only realized after i was sweating buckets. Finally met Mabel and i think i was around 15-20 minutes late. SORRY ! Hopefully the cab fare was enough to make it up to you. I’ll try not to be late if i meet you next time, but no promises xD

We were supposed to go some beach to do don’t know what the hell,  but in the end it got cancelled. So about a few of us headed over for lunch and student lounge after. It wasn’t so crowded this time,  managed to get a challenge in the mid sized pool table and won! haha, was pretty happy, but the next guy practically owned me.

Ps was my next destination with the rest of the guys and girls all going home. Headed over there with Mel and we had dinner with Jingwen and Hazel. I’m sick of Ps’s arcade, was there for a pretty long period of time after dinner, zzz.

Tmr’s a public holiday, I’ll probably go soccer in the morning, and i’ll decide what to do after.  Damn.

The Poly Experience

Yes i’ve finished my orientation and i started my 1st day of school today. All of them were rather fine. Let me try saying everyone’s name in my class. “Jenna, Sarah, Alvin, Angel, Nigel, Ivy, Rosanne, Shikin, Michelle, Ken, Terence, Daniel, Jing Yuan, Wei Ping, Tricia, Adam, Solyh, Shu Peng, Jasmine, Alaine, Gerline, Ronald, Marsela, Syairah.”

Think i got it correct anyway. Orientation was neither here nor there. I was feeling really nervous in the morning and when i found out i wasn’t in the same class as Melvin or Simon, i was like shit! haha. First person i met from my class was Jenna, who was sitting beside me. Funny and nice person and she ps-ed me at 2 on the first day. Basket. haha, but she took the bus on the wrong side! HAHA. Had mass dance later and it was FUN! lol, i danced with Angel and i bet everyone enjoyed it.

2nd day was crappy too. Took the shirt and all the stuff. And i left at 2 with Jenna and Michelle, Jenna going to meet her friend and Michelle going home. Went Parkway, zzz. sort of wasted the day with Hazel and Melvin by pooling. watched fracture in the night with Varron, Imai and Twig. The show’s fine, but it drags. Oh and i lost my matric card that day as well. DAMN STUPID. Jenna was like” haven’t start school lose the card already.” Oh and i managed to do a magic trick when we had supper! lol.

 1st and 2nd actual day of school was okay la. I mean i haven’t been to classes for months and i managed to stay awake, whew. I was worried the habit in secondary school would stay with me. Had a class bonding session today which wasn’t really what it sounds like. The rooms weren’t big enough, so 2 rooms had to do. but our side had fun talking anyway. Hopefully the whole class can do something like that together. Or it’ll be 1B03a and 1B03b instead.

eh, Jen shh. no telling secrets. Man i think some people found out.

There’s no school tomorrow! And thats why i’m staying up to watch the Champions League match against Manchester United and milan. I hope man u score like 3 goals to 0. SMITH! haha.
